The time of year, location of this events, and this distances is all planned to help the multi-sport athlete complete their competitive season. Whether training for the Ironman or participating in your first triathlon, we will make sure that you have an excellent experience!

The Location – The venue is outstanding – Lake Elmo Park Reserve is a beautiful 2165 acres/3-1/2 square mile park with 80 percent of its acreage set aside for preservation and protection. Lake Elmo Park Reserve is located 1 mile north of I-94 and 2.5 miles east of I-694 at the intersection of County Road 19 (Keats Avenue No.) and County Road 10 (10th Street No.) There is lots of great parking. Lake Elmo Park reserve is a great place for trail running also. They have beautiful new Nordic Ski Center
The Course –
The first Run – 3 mile run entirely in the park
The Bike – 13.5 Miles on the roads out and back on 10th Street towards Stillwater (this is a change because of road work being done on Lake Elmo Blvd.)
The second Run – 2.5 mile run using the same course as the first run – only opposite direction
Technical/Performance T Shirts to all Participants
**Only those who are registered by Wednesday , September 13 are guaranteed to get their shirt on race day Registrations received on Friday and on race day will get a shirt but may have to wait and pick it up at FrontRunner, 1665 9th Street, White Bear Lake after Wednesday, September 21
AWARDS and CATEGORIES:
Awards will be presented to the top three men and women in each AGE GROUP: 19 and under, 20 – 24, 25 – 29, 30 – 34, 35 – 39, 40 – 44, 45 – 49, 50 – 54, 54 – 59, 60 – 64, 65 – 69, 70 and above. Other categories include Elite, Athena (women over 165 lbs) Clydesdale (men over 220 lbs) and Teams – all male, all female or of mixed gender.
RACE DAY INFORMATION
Saturday At Lake Elmo Park Reserve
Get your Parking/Park pass at the gate – Participants and Volunteers get in free (you paid for it with your entry fee). Spectator’s cars will need to pay an entry fee to the park – $5.00.
Transition Area will be set up and open at 7:30 am for you to set up your bikes and gear. There will be plenty of bike racks
CHECK IN/REGISTRATION will open at 7:45 am. This is where you will pick up your race number, timing chip and memento shirt.
