Short Workouts: Science or Snake Oil?

Q: I know you recommend 15-minute workouts. That sounds like a joke to me. Haven't we established that the right amount of exercise is 45 minutes at 65% maximum heart rate? Aren't you just peddling snake oil to people who want to believe that they have can something for nothing?
