Your Exercise Opportunity Filter
Think your life is too busy for you to get enough exercise? Try installing an "exercise opportunity filter" in your brain by asking the following million dollar question:
"Where's my opportunity to move here?"
Train yourself to ask that regularly, and you'll see opportunity everywhere. Take the stairs instead of an escalator or elevator, park at the far end of the lot, do squats and wall chairs in your office; these "organic" exercise strategies are available anywhere, anytime, and are better for you than 90% of the machines you can find at a "real" gym.
But please - don't make this about calories. Make it about capability development - and joy and aliveness and vibrancy.
